“ Saw this establishment out of happenstance and decided to stop in to give them a try. They did not disappoint. They have an awesome selection of gluten free pizzas, bread sticks, and deserts. Along with a variety of many regular and innovative menu items. The buffet and salad bar were also amazing. The thin crust pizzas were a little overdone on top for my preference, but still tasted awesome. I was also impressed by them adding requested pizzas to the buffet.The service was top tier and staff very friendly and pleasant. Ambience and atmosphere were also very comfortable. I highly recommend ”

The thin crust was great, St Louis style was amazing, generous toppings, tasty sauce, dessert pizza was a very yummy apple crumble. “ Our favorite date meal spot after bowling. Found this place almost a year ago and still going monthly. Vegan menu is expansive and love taking home leftovers that promptly get consumed before the end of the night. Staff is always friendly and remembers personal repeat orders for picky kiddos. Friendly to all, friendly to regulars and don't make you feel bad when going over their menus when you have dietary restrictions. “ Summit Pizza is outstanding! The food is delicious, and there are so many gluten-free options, which is amazing for someone with celiac disease like me. The pizza has so many different topping choices. The salad bar is fresh and the croutons and other items with gluten are kept separate from everything else. The gluten-free garlic cheese bread is the perfect appetizer. Our server, Travis, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend Summit Pizza in Independence to everyone, whether they’re gluten-free or not, as my best friends love their regular pizza, too. I will definitely be coming back soon! ”

“ December 24th, we were on our way to grab dinner and many places were closed at 7 pm. We decided to try this place out. I walked in and didn't think much of the place. We were seated and asked for drinks. We promptly received our beverages and then server came and said hello. We were asked if we had been here before and given suggestions. Server was very friendly and probably the best service out of the last 20 restaurants I've been to. While we waited I noticed games... wow! What fun! I won 3 stuffed animals and me and my fiance had a blast. Definitely returning with my kids... Pizza was good, service was incredible, atmosphere was fun! Definitely going to return. ”
